The Battle of Stalingrad
The battle of Stalingrad was fought between Germany and the Russians, both armies had about 1 million and up. The German leader for this battle was G. Paulus and the leader for the Russians was Joseph Stalin. Thousands of men were killed in this battle by artillery, planes, and a lot of tanks. The Russians were beating the Germans very badly due to cold weather. Near the end of the battle the Germans had been surrounded by Joseph Stalin's army and the Germans had to surrender.
